1 总体 General
1.1 用途及航区 Purpose and navigation area
本船主要载运闪点>60℃成品油。
The vessel is mainly used to carry refined oil that flash point ≥ 60 ℃.
航区:近海航区。
Navigation Area: coastal navigation area.
1.2 船型 Ship form
本船为钢质、具有连续单甲板、首楼和尾上层建筑、球鼻首线型、双底、双壳、单桨、单舵、
尾机型、单柴油机驱动的成品油船。船体结构型式采用混合骨架式,货油舱区为纵骨架式、其余为
横骨架式的全电焊结构形式。
The vessel shall be steel product oil tanker, which have a continuous list deck, forecastle and poop
superstructure, bulbous bow, double bottom, double-hull, list propeller and list rudder stern engine and is
drive by one diesel engine. The structure of the hull adopts combination system of framing, the bulk oil
space is the longitudinal framing system, rest is the whole electric welding structure form of horizontal
framing system.
1.3 船级、规范及规则 Classifications, regulations and rules
本船船体结构、舾装设备、轮机电气及所有装置的设计和建造由ZC 检验。
The design and construction of the Hull structure, outfit of deck and accommodation, machinery,
electrical and other unit should be reviewed and inspected by the ZC.

干舷。
The freeboard is to be 658 mm at design draft 3.45m, meeting the requirements of third section of
Regulation For The Statutory of Ship and Marine Equipment (Technical Regulation For The Statutory
Survey of domestic Sea-Going Ship) issued by China MSA in 2011 and the modification for the
calculation of “A” type ship’s freeboard minimum.
1.8 载重量及载货量Deadweight and loading weight
本船在海水密度为1.025t/m3 情况下,在设计吃水(3.45m)时,载重量为930t,相应载油量约为
902.8t。
The deadweight of this ship to be 930t at design draft and density of water shall be 1.025t/m3 and

本船实际最大载重量应是经过船舶完工倾斜试验,并测定空船重量后确定。

篇第7 章及第2-1 章对近海航区双壳油船的要求。

1.13 总布置概况 General arrangement
全船共设7 道水密横舱壁,分别位于#1、#5/7、#17、#34、#50、#67、#86 肋位。船尾向船首依
次设置空舱(中)及淡水舱(左右)、空舱、柴油舱(左右)及柴油日用舱、冷却水舱、机舱、NO.4~
NO.1 货油舱(左右)(其中NO.1 货油舱兼污油水舱)、双层底下NO.4~NO.1 压载舱(左右)、首
尖舱。尾部设有3 层甲板室,各层间设有主梯道,室外设有斜梯通达。
The vessel to be fitted 7 sets of transverse watertight bulkhead at #1、#5/7、#17、#34、#50、#67、
#86.From poop to bow there are void tank(C), fresh water tank (P/S), void tank, diesel tank (P/S) and
diesel daily tank, cooling water tank, engine room, NO.4~NO.1 cargo oil tank(P/S)( NO.1 cargo oil
tank& slop tank), NO.4~NO.1 ballast water tank (P/S) below the double bottom, fore peak tank. The
stern set three layers deck room, there are main stairway between decks, and set inclined ladder outside.
(1) 尾尖舱 Aft peak tank
尾~#1 两舷为淡水舱(左右)及空舱(中)、#1~#3 为空舱,#3~#7 为柴油舱(左右)、#3~#5 平
台上为柴油日用舱,平台下为冷却水舱。
Stern~#1 both sides is fresh water tank (P/S) and void tank(C), #1~#3 is void tank, #3~#7 is
diesel tank, #3~#5 on the platform is diesel daily tank, below the platform is cooling water tank.
(2)机舱Engine room
机舱位于#5~#17,长度为6.6m。

(3)货舱Cargo tank
全船设有4 对货油舱,#67~#86 为NO.1 货油舱兼污液舱,#50~#67 为NO.2 货油舱, #34~
#50 为NO.3 货油舱,#17~#34 为NO.4 货油舱。
The ship has four pairs of cargo oil tank, #67~#86 is NO.1 cargo oil tank& slop tanks, #50~#67 is
NO.2 cargo oil tank, #34~#50 is NO.3 cargo oil tank, #17~#34 is NO.4 cargo oil tank.
(4)双壳Double shell
#67~#86 为NO.1 边空舱(左右),#50~#67 为NO.2 边空舱(左右),#34~#50 为NO.3 边空舱(左

(8)上甲板The upper deck
尾~#3 布置甲板机械。#3~#7 中间设锅炉间,#7~#17 左舷依次布置厨房、1 人间、2 人间。
右舷依次布置卫生间、盥洗室、2 人间,中间依次布置#7~#10 为机舱棚、梯道,其余为餐厅。
Stern~#3 set deck machine. #3~#7 set fire room in the middle, #7~#17 port set galley, single
room, double room in turn. On starboard set toilet, bathroom, double room in turn. In the middle of #7~
#10 set cast, stairway, the rest is dining room.
(9)救生甲板Life-saving deck
救生甲板#3~#7 中间设锅炉间,#7~#10 中间设机舱天窗和机舱棚,#10~#17 后部布置梯道,
前部布置2 人间,1 人间和2 人间。

skylight and cast, the rear of #10~#17 set stairway, in the front set double room, single room and double

(10)驾驶甲板Navigation deck
驾驶甲板#10~#11+300 中间设梯道,#11+300~#17+300 为驾驶室。

(11)罗经甲板Compass deck
罗经甲板设信号灯桅一根,主磁罗经一只,首楼甲板后设前桅一根。

1.14 备品和属具 Spares and stores
本船配齐规范和法规所规定的备品和属具。符合规范要求的机电产品及其随机备件和船东指
定的备品备件由承建船厂安放在相应的适当位置。
Adequate spares and stores shall be supplied as per the requirements of rules. The electric products
and spares that attached with it and spares specified by owner which meet the requirements of the rule
shall be fitted at proper position by builder.
1.15 标准及计量单位 Standard and Unit
1.15.1 标准 Standard
Unless otherwise stated,the following standard shall be used for building this vessel.
1) ISO 标准ISO Standard
2) 中国工业标准(GB)Chinese industrial standard
3) 中国造船标准(CB)Chinese shipbuilding standard
4) 中国造船质量标准(CSQS)Chinese shipbuilding quality standard
5) 建造方的工程标准 Engineering standard of builder
1.15.2 计量单位 Unit
在本船设计建造中均采用我国法定计量单位,即中华人民共和国国家标准(GB3100~
3102-1993)。
When design and manufacture the hull, the domestic statutory unit system shall be as measuring unit.
That is the Chinese standard (GB3100~3102-1993).
1.16 检验、试验和试航 Inspection, Test and Trials
1.16.1 总则 General
本船的建造、机械、舾装和设备都要在船东代表和验船师在场的情况下进行检验、试验。在
设备运行前,所有的阀门、管路和监测设备都要做出标记以便识别。
The vessel's construction, machinery, outfits and equipment shall be inspected and tested under the
presence of the owner's representative and surveyor. Before operating, all valve, pipes and monitoring
equipment shall be marked in order to identification.
检验和试验都要符合建造方的标准和验船机构的要求。检验、试验和试航项目要提交船东认
可。如果检验项目在船厂外进行,则应提前几天把检验计划提交给船东。各项检验和试验由建造
方负责组织安排,作好记录,整理后提交相应的检验、试验报告。

Inspect and test shall be in accordance with the requirements of classification society and builder’s
standard. Program of inspect, test and trials should be submitted to owner for approval. If the inspect
shall be carried out at outside, the builder should submit the scheme of inspect to the owner in advance
several days. Each inspection and test shall be organized by builder, making record and submitting
corresponding inspect and test reports.
1.16.2 建造和安装检验Construction and installations inspect
所有船体结构及安装项目的检验,应按照相应规范及有关主管部门及建造厂和CSQS 的要求
进行。
The inspection of all hull structure and installations shall be in accordance with the requirements of
classification society and regulatory bodies and builder and CSQS.
1.16.2.1 船体结构Hull structure
所有船体结构均应按建造规范要求进行检验,并对舱柜、舱壁、上层建筑、甲板及其他潮湿
空间进行密性试验。
All hull structure shall be inspected as per the requirements of classification society. Tightness test
shall be provided for tank, bulkhead, superstructure, deck and the other wetted space.
1.16.2.2 车间试验Workshop test
主机、辅助机械、甲板机械、电动机等应根据规范要求和/或制造厂的标准进行车间试验。
Workshop test shall be provided for main engine, accessory machinery, deck machinery,
electromotor etc as per the requirements of Rules or builder’s standard.
1.16.2.3 装置与设备Appliance and equipment
装置及设备的船上试验,应按船级社和/或主管部门的要求及建造厂标准进行。
The test of appliance and equipment on board shall be in accordance with the requirements of
classification society or regulatory bodies and builder’s standard.
试验大纲应提交给船东认可。
Program of test should be submitted to the owner for approval.
结构、附件、机械和电气设备在船上安装后均需试验,以便证明施工工艺的好坏、工作的正
确性、运动部件的校中情况、设备的功能和满足规范规则的情况。
When the structure, attachment, machinery, electric equipment are fitted, test is also to be carried
out for them, in order to know the workmanship is good or bad, correctness of working , calibration
conditions of component, weather the function of equipment is in accordance with the requirements of
Rules etc.
1.16.2.4 管系试验Pipes test
管系安装完成后需进行工作试验。管系的压力试验应根据船检要求及船厂的惯例在车间和船

上进行。
When the pipes are fitted, working test shall be carried out for them. The pressure test of pipes shall
be carried out in workshop and board according to the requirements of classification society and
builder’s routine.
1.16.3 倾斜试验 Inclining Test
船舶除一些细小项目外,已充分完工时,建造方应在码头旁进行倾斜试验。倾斜试验大纲应
提交船东认可。倾斜试验应在无强烈水流及强风的平静水域内进行。
When the ship is primarily accomplished, the inclining test is to be carried out by builder. Program
of inclining test should be submitted to owner for approval. The inclining test is to be carried out at static
sea without strong stream and wind.
空船重量测定通过读取船舶吃水、测定水的比重以及确定不足和多余重量而得出,并且应在
船东代表或船东授权人员以及船级社验船师和设计方代表在场时进行。
The light weight shall be measured by lift draft and density of water and ensure the scant weight and
redundant weight with ship-owner representative, surveyor, and designer on site.
1.16.4 系泊试验 Dock Tests
系泊试验应按照船级社的要求在船舶充分完工后及海上试航之前进行,系泊试验大纲可根据
建造方的标准并经验船机构和船东认可
Dock tests should be done after primarily accomplished and before trial at sea according to the
requirements of classification society. Program of dock tests shall be base on the builder’s standard and
should be approved by classification society and owner.
1.16.5 海上试航及试验 Sea trial and test
当船舶充分完成时,即系泊试验已结束,缺陷已纠正,所有设备及舾装均已进入航行状态,
涂装工作将近结束,建造方应组织进行试航。
When the vessel is substantially completed that is dock test is finished, defect is corrected, all
equipment and outfitting are to be navigation condition, painting is finished generally, sea trial tests shall
be performed by the Builder.
详细的试航大纲在试航前应提交给船东认可。
Particular program of trial tests should be submitted to owner for approval before trial.
试航试验报告要提交给船东。
Trial tests report should be submitted to owner.
试航应在常规的压载状态,根据相应规范要求和国家标准的规定,通常有船东代表或船东授
权人员以及验船师和设计方代表参与下进行如下试验:

3)惯性测试,全速前进时急停船试验,全速后退时急停船试验

4)回转性试验Turning Test
5)Z 形操纵试验(仅做系列船中首制船)Zigzag test (just for the first ship)
6)航向稳定性试验Course-keeping ability trial
7)操舵试验Steering trial
8)抛锚试验Anchoring Test
9)其它试验Other test
诸如,救生、消防、轴系扭振、通风、测深、罗经的校准以及无线电讯设备等船舶舾装设备、
轮机电气及通信导航设备系统的功能试验。
Such as life-saving rescue test、fire fighting test、 Shaft thrash test、ventilation test、depth sounding
test 、adjustment of the compass 、wireless communication device and other functional test of outfit of
deck and accommodation 、electromechanical、navigation & communication equipment .
必要时,建造方应用振动、噪声测量仪器设备对船舶居住区进行振动及噪音的测量。
If necessary, the builder should measure the ship vibration and noise for ship living areas by
vibration, noise measure equipment.
2 船体结构和涂装 Hull structure and painting
2.1 船体结构 Hull structure
2.1.1 概述General
2.1.1.1 设计依据Design basis
本船船体结构材料、结构形式、骨材间距、构件尺寸、连接方式以及焊接规格等均按照中国
船级社(CCS)《国内航行海船建造规范》(2006)及其修改通报(2010、2011)双壳油船的相关要求
进行设计。
The hull structure materials、structural configuration ,Structural member spacing, connecting type,
welding standard etc are in compliance with the requirement of Rules about double hull oil tanker for
Construction of Sea-going Ships Engaged on Domestic Voyages issued by China Classification Society
in 2006 and modification in 2010&2011.
2.1.1.2 结构型式Structural configuration
本船主船体及上层建筑和甲板室均为钢质全焊接结构。货油舱设双层底,且货油舱区域内双
层底下设有压载水舱。船体结构采用混合骨架式,即货油舱区域外底、内底、双壳内、上甲板为

纵骨架式,其他区域为横骨架式。
The main hull and deck superstructure and deck room are the steel quality welds structure. There is
double bottom at cargo oil tank, and below which set ballast water tank. The structure form of the hull is
a combination system of framing, namely the outer and inner of the bottom, double shell, upper deck are
longitudinal framing system, other districts are horizontal framing system.
2.1.1.3 骨材间距Structural member spacing
1)肋骨间距Frame spacing

2.1.1.4 建造材料Structure materials
本船船体结构材料均采用船用低碳钢,材料级别应根据不同部位构件承受的应力状况,构件
厚度以及工作环境、温度等条件依照中国船级社(CCS)《国内航行海船建造规范》(2006)及修改通
报(2010、2011)和《材料与焊接规范》(2009)及其修改通报(2010、2011)对材料的要求确定。
材料的生产厂应由验船部门认可,并且其产品应盖有验船部门的印记。
The ship hull structure uses marine low-carbon steel, The level of the materials would be selected in
according to the stress state of components in different position, thickness of structural members and the
working environment, temperature as well as CCS Rules for Construction of Sea-going Ships Engaged
on Domestic Voyages issued by CCS in 2006 and modification in 2010&2011 and Rules for material and
welding issued by CCS in 2009 and modification in 2011. Materials production plant should be
recognized by the surveyor department, and their products should be stamped with the imprint of the
surveyor department.
主船体板材和型材均采用CCSA 级船用低碳钢。
The plates and profiles of the main hull adopt CCS A-level marine low-carbon steel.
本船首柱和尾柱为钢板焊接而成。货油舱舱壁采用水密槽形横舱壁和纵舱壁。其他位置处的
舱壁均为平面舱壁。
The stem and sternpost are welded steel plate. The bulkheads of the cargo oil tank adopt watertight
trough horizontal bulkheads and longitudinal bulkheads. The bulkheads in other location are flat

bulkhead.
货油舱舱底为双层底结构。内、外底各设间距为575mm 的内底纵骨和船底纵骨。
The bilge of the cargo oil tanks is double bottom structure. the inner and outer bottom set inner
bottom longitudinal and bottom longitudinal with spacing of 575mm.
2.1.1.5 建造工艺Workmanship
采用的工艺要符合建造方的建造标准,并且要接受验船师的检验以及船东的监督。
The workmanship that used shall be in accordance with the construction standard of builder and
shall be inspected by classification society and ship-owner.
中国造船质量标准和/或建造方质量标准可以用于船体建造的工艺中。
Chinese shipbuilding quality standard and/or builder’s quality standard may be used in the
workmanship of hull construction.
纵骨架式结构部分,纵骨应保持连续,在与横舱壁或横隔壁相交处,纵骨贯穿并加焊补板,
对水密壁处应按相关规范(或标准)要求加设水密补板;横骨架式结构部分,除船底中桁材或中
内龙骨以及甲板中纵桁外,其余纵向构件与横向构件相交处,在不违背规范要求的前提下,纵向
构件间断而横向构件连续。
For longitudinal frame system, longitudinal should be continuous, at the intersection with the
horizontal bulkhead or transverse bulkheads, longitudinal throughout and add welding fill plate,
watertight bulkhead shall add watertight fill plate in according to related specifications (or standards);
For transverse frame system, except bottom center girder or center keelson and deck center girder, in the
other cross area of longitudinal structural members and transverse structural members, the longitudinal
structural members shall be intermittent whereas transverse structural members is continuous as long as
not breach the requirement of Rules.
2.1.1.6 船体结构焊接Hull structure welding
船体结构的焊接,要求按“船体结构焊接规格表”(WUT518E-190-01JB)进行。建造厂应按
标准和惯例编制合理可行的建造工艺手册及焊接工艺和规程,并按此进行建造,以便尽量减少焊接
引起的变形。焊接船体结构的焊接材料应符合中国船级社(CCS)《国内航行海船建造规范》(2006)
及其修改通报(2010、2011)和《材料与焊接规范》(2009)及其修改通报(2010、2011)的相关
要求。对于重要的工艺程序应征得验船师和船东的认可。
Welding of hull structure shall be according to "Hull welding specifications tables"
(WUT518E-190-01JB). Shipyard should compile reasonable and feasible welding procedures to
minimize distortion caused by welding. Welding material of the hull structure should be in accordance
with CCS Rules for Construction of Sea-going Ships Engaged on Domestic Voyages issued by CCS in
2006 and modification in 2010&2011 and Rules for material and welding issued by CCS in 2009 and

modification in 2011. The important craft procedures should be recognized by the surveyor and ship
owner.
2.1.1.7 切口、通焊孔和其他开孔Slots, welding holes and other holes
在图上未明确的切口、通焊孔、透气孔和流水孔可根据中国造船标准(CB)的相关规定,或
根据所需按建造方的常规标准设置。应特别注意为压载舱和油舱设置良好的排泄孔以保证泵的高
效运行。要在横向结构部件上设置适当的流水孔和透气孔。
Slots, welding holes, air holes and drain holes which shall not be indicated in drawing that have
been approved by CCS shall be fitted according to Chinese shipbuilding standard or routine standard of
builder. Attention shall be paid to fit favorable drain holes for ballast tank and oil tank in order to ensure
the operation of pump is effective. Suitable air holes and drain holes shall be fitted on transverse
structural members.
凡在建造中临时开设的出入孔、通风孔或工艺孔在完工前均应封闭,且保证达到认可图纸和
文件规定的相应强度和水/油密要求。
All temporary pigeonhole, wind hole or workmanship hole shall be closed before the work is
completed and the strength, water/oil tight shall be in accordance with the requirement of plans and
documents that have been approved by CCS.
2.1.2 主要构件尺寸 Primary structural members dimension
所有船体结构构件的尺寸均基于设计吃水(3.45m)进行计算,并得到船检审图机构认可。
The dimension of all hull structural members shall be calculated base on design draft (3.45m) and
shall be approved by ZC.
在建造时,要特别注意将船上的振动和噪声等级降低到通常可以接受的范围,既不能损坏主
推进系统,也不能造成船上其他机械设备的损坏和故障。
Attention shall be paid to vibration and noise and the class shall be reduced to acceptable region.
The main propulsion system and other machinery on board shall not be damaged.
如果船东在除了说明书和认可图中特别提到的以外,还有高于规范的船板厚度或构件尺寸要
求,在不影响建造方的建造计划的前提下,建造方在由此带来的价格和载重量调整的基础上可以
接受这些要求,但须征得设计方的同意。
Some requirements for plate thickness or structural members dimension that have exceeded Rules
(except that have mentioned in specification or plans), builder may accept it as long as it do not affect the
construction program and the price and weight of ship may be adjusted. However, it may be approved by
designer.
