This crane barge was build and classed for coastal service
For transport purposes the upper-tower can be lowered. This is how she should be transported at sea.
The pontoon has an full operational ballast system

Reach from side of pontoon 23,5 m
Max lifts per hour 40 / 45 average outreach. (In practice this will be at an outreach of abt 28/29 m average)
If all lifts on the max outreach will than be slightly lower.
Free digging capacity for discharge from Panamax to barge is around 700 Mtons/hour, maybe to even 800 Mtons/hour
internal video and communication system was installed, also alarm for ballast system, smoke alarm, all electric engines are overhauled.
Spares : 1 full set of lifting steel wires, and spare sets for all other steelwires on the crane,
The ballast tanks are well conservated.
The crane is in fully operational but not used by owners any more and can be inspected in Rotterdam area.
Owners are keen sellers and have reduced their price idea
